SHIPPING INFORMATION...

We provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the lower 48 states for most of our lines on orders $99.00 or more. Orders less than $99.00 will be charged $12.95 shipping and handling fees within the lower 48 states. We use Fed Ex, UPS and the US Postal Service for shipping. Orders will usually be shipped within a day or two, but some may take 6 weeks depending on availablility. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is shipped. Not all shipping methods are available for large and heavy items. If you have selected special shipping other than ground, then we will add the cost of that shipping to your order. If the cost for NEXT DAY expedited shipping is more than $45.00, we will email you and wait to process your order until you approve the charge. For 2 DAY expedited shipping if the cost is over $35 and for 3 DAY expedited shipping if the cost is over $25 we will email you and wait for your approval. If you would like to be notified of the exact shipping costs prior to shipping please email, call or check the box on the order page asking us to contact you prior to shipping. We will gladly ship via parcel post to Alaska and Hawaii. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated on a $50.00 per item basis. In all cases where the cost to ship to these areas is more than the calculated amount, we will contact you for approval prior to processing and shipping your order. DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT...

If your product was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. It is very important for you to keep the original packaging. Insurance is included on all packages. We will handle the return of the damaged product as well as the replacement for your damaged item if available.

ORDER PROCESSING...

Orders placed on-line are completely secure. Once placed, your order will be securely transmitted to us. We will confirm availability and ship date, enter your order, paypal processes your credit card, and an e-mail is generated with the expected ship date. All orders should be confirmed within 48 hours. If you have questions concerning your order please e-mail us at clarkescollect@aol.com Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. If an ordered item is not available at the posted price, you will be notified before shipment. We carry a very extensive inventory. However, due to the unpredictability of customer orders and vendor shipments, we cannot guarantee availability of all items all the time. If an ordered item is unavailable to be shipped within the time specified, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS POLICYS...

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund of the cost of the item purchased (less shipping costs that we incurred to ship to you). If the merchandise appears to be used/worn and not in its original condition we cannot accept exchanges or returns (example: jewelry). Clearance merchandise sales are final and we do not accept returns of Special Order Merchandise (merchandise designated as Special Order or merchandise not featured on our web site that is special ordered for you). In the event of a return you must: * Contact Customer Service at 850-243-6722 or e-mail us at clarkescollect@aol.com for a return authorization number. There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned without a return authorization number. * Keep your original packaging materials for return to us. * Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING...

We would be happy to gift wrap your item, provided it is of the size that can be gift wrapped. We will also include a gift message with your order. To request this free gift wrapping service please call us at the number above or note it on your order.

PAYMENT METHODS...

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you would prefer to pay by check please mail your check along with the product's specific item information to our address below. Please add seven days to ship time when paying by check.

We will be pleased to answer any of your questions concerning our products, the artists, our website, or any other issue by phone, fax or e-mail and we welcome your comments.. Please recognize that all products are subject to availability and that prices and shipping costs are subject to change without notice. If within 7 days of your purchase in our store, you see the same item on our website for less, we will gladly give you a store credit for the difference.

SALES TAX...

If your items are shipped to the state of Florida, we will automatically charge the 6% sales tax and it will be added to your order. No sales tax is charged or collected for items delivered anywhere else.
